My monthly membership makes it easy for you because it takes the guesswork out of it.

  • A group training program: Choose to train 2, 3, or 4 times per week at home or at the gym. 

  • Evidence-based methods: Training methods that work for women in menopause (yes, we're different!)

  • Trains all your muscles each week:  No additional workouts with weights needed.

  • Exercise demo videos with instructions: So you can learn to do the exercises correctly.

  • Delivered via an app: That you can access from your phone or computer’s browser - super convenient!

  • Private Facebook Group: Get support from me - form checks & ask questions

 

Lift with Lynn is an ongoing monthly group training subscription for women in midlife who have either noticed a loss of muscle tone and strength, and want to get those back, or women who want to avoid those things in the first place!
