The AT THE GYM membership uses equipment found in most commercial gyms.
Choose to train 2, 3, or 4 times per week at home or at the gym – whatever works best for you!
Each muscle is challenged twice a week which is the ideal. So no additional workouts with weights needed!
Proper execution is important. With these videos, you can make sure you’re doing each exercise correctly.
