I've got only 6 spaces for this unique 8-week weight training kickstarter where I'm going to make it easy for you to get started weight training - so you can get stronger in time for summer!

Here's the plan: 

  1. An easy-to-follow personalized program: I will design a training program that fits your weekly schedule and uses the equipment that you have. We want to build sustainable habits, after all!

  2. Clear instructional videos: I provide easy-to-follow videos to ensure you can do the exercises correctly and with confidence.

  3. Educational videos: You get access to educational videos so that you understand more about what is required to build muscle, and how to get results.

  4. Accountability: You'll have 1-to-1 support from me to help you along the way: to discuss your progress, answer any questions you have, and provide you with accountability.
